Best place for great local food at good prices! Say hi to Cindy and tell her Casitas Del Rio sent you! Delish foods and margaritas at great prices. This soda is operated by a local family with great service. They speak English and Spanish. They have a wide variety of choices to please vegetarians and meat eaters!

My favorite local dish is Chifrijo, this place has the best Chifrijo I have found in Costa Rica!

Conveniently only a few meters away from the Costanera(main road), Los Laureles Restaurant and Bar is a quiet and nice place to enjoy great local food. The place is charming but casual. Their specialty is Latin food and Costa Rican food, but their menu is pretty large. You will also find burgers, pizzas, and seafood, for example.

Located on Chaman Beach in Uvita, we suggest this place for lunch.  Open-air outdoor seating and not fancy for dinner. We love it for the authentic charm and the amazing food!  This restaurant is in the charming Chaman Beach area of Uvita, our favorite place to access the national park!  Playa Chaman is a great place to walk around, we always see monkeys and scarlet macaws here. The pizza here is the best in Uvita. They also provide express food delivery to Casitas Del Rio.

A great place tucked away on the road going towards Playa Chaman in Uvita.   This is also close to where we offer the cultural walking tours with nature and history!

#5 – Los Troncos Restaurant and Bar

Conveniently located right on the Costanera.   You can park out front or around the back.   In the back is nice open-air dining area with a stage.   They do often have live music here.   The prices and food are great!
