Rafting in Costa Rica is an iconic experience.  Our area is the perfect place to go white-water rafting.  Costa Rica is one of the best places in the world for rafting.  Rafting is both invigorating and connects you with nature.

Savegre River is suited for all ages over 10. My wife was reluctant to do this as she thought it would be scary, but it was incredible and one of the best experiences she has had.

Meeting point is located about 15 minutes from Casitas Del Rio Riverfront Nature Lodge.

4 Rivers to Choose From:  You will put the river you want in the notes during the checkout.

Savegre River (class II/III): Available during dry season and rainy season, Previous experience is not required. Mix of calm waters with some mild rapids.  Savegre River has incredible jungle scenery.

8hrs Full Day with Lunch and a Waterfall Visit.   Transportation is included from the meeting location.

You may see jungle wildlife from toucans, incredible plants, and sloths en route. There are fun flat pools to swim and incredible waterfall spots for a quick refreshment.

Chorro River (class III/IV): Available only during the dry season, previous experience is needed.

This river has fast and fun rapids, with an spectacular canyon backdrop. Here we ask for previous adventure experience and swimming is required. The river stretches for 7km (1.5hour) with fast paddle down.

Naranjo River (class III/IV): Available only during the rainy season, previous experience is needed.

Guabo River (class III/IV): Available only during the rainy season, previous experience is needed.
